It’s open to anyone, from beginners to experienced players.  Tuition to learn to play can be provided from within the group to make the session enjoyable.  The Group Leader also has a large chess set in the garden with each piece being two feet high

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available halfway through the session with no charge

Meetings are planned for the middle of the month, but exact days are variable
