If you are looking for a great way to spend a Monday morning, join our Board Games group at Thurrock Garden Centre for a sociable get-together, with good company and a bit of friendly competition.  Gathering together is one of the best ways to boost your mental well-being and, while you're sharing a laugh over a game, you’ll also be giving your brain a workout, helping to keep your memory sharp!

Games available include:

• Classics: Draughts, Scrabble, Cards, Snakes & Ladders
• Puzzles & Strategy: Triominos, Triggle, Jigsaws (UK, World, & Flags)
• Group Fun: Jenga, Uno, Dog Bingo

If you have another favourite board game, you are welcome to bring it along

The Group meets on the second and third Monday of the month at Thurrock Garden Centre, South Ockendon, from 10.30am to 12 noon. There’s also the option of staying on for lunch afterwards. The Garden Centre is easy to get to, as it’s on the 370 bus route and there is a large free car park. There is no charge for the venue, but buying a drink or some food will help us remain welcome
